Welcome To St. Mary Magdalene Oasis of peace School, Kisumu

St Mary Magdalene Comprehensive School is situated in Kisumu East Sub County, Kamrongo village a half kilometre from Kibos shopping center. The school is owned and sponsored by the Franciscan Sisters of St Joseph - Asumbi. It is a mixed boarding and day school that embraces holistic nurturing of young boys and girls. Currently the school is offering Competency Based Curriculum (CBC) and the school is sufficiently equipped for the same. There is a well-managed means of transport for the day scholars who reside far from school. Our junior secondary learners are employing the services of professionally qualified teachers and are performing their duties with utmost passion.

The pre-school and primary sections are similarly equipped with the relevant teaching staff. The school pride itself of the previous 8-4-4 National examination results in which the school posted above average scores in the four years that it has been managed till the present candidates for the said examinations.

Carriculum Activities

Both past and current perfomance is commendable - good number of our past candidates are in national schools and extra county schools.

We have enough play ground for all co-carriculum activities and indoor games are being practised. The school perfoms well in co-carriculum activities.
